How to apply

Deadline to Apply: 31/12/2009 @23:00CET

Places are limited, but any BEST member can apply for the event!

1. Apply on PA using the following link
2. Send us a picture or a videoclip, showing what is art or music for you, to the address: aj2010_application@bestorino.com!
   (Translation: make the craziest photo/video ever and surprise us!)
3. In the subject of the e-mail, specify your name, surname and your LBG.

Put all your efforts in that! No other parameters beside your picture/videoclip will be taken in consideration!!

The TEN (10) most ROCK'N ROLL applications will receive a SPECIAL PRIZE during the event!!!!!!!!

The application will be considered valid only if it meets the 3 requirements above.
No Picture/videoclip, No selection!
If you don’t have a PA account yet, don’t worry. Just tell the president of your LBG to write us a short mail where he/she confirms that you are a baby member of the LBG and skip to steps 2 and 3.
*Please compress the pictures to a reasonable weight: ~100kB will just do fine
**Upload the videoclip on youtube or similar websites and just put the link in the e-mail
Group pictures are accepted, but please make clear who is who :-)

Fee:

People from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Italy will pay 55 Euros
People from all the other countries will pay 45 Euros

Visa:

If you need a VISA to travel to Italy, it is vital that you send us all the necessary information BEFORE the deadline to apply, so that we can prepare the invitation letters.
The information needed is:

1. Name and surname (as it's written on your passport)
2. Passport and ID card number
3. Date of issue and expiry of your passport
4. Place and date of birth
5. Address (the one where you want us to send the invitation)
6. Mobile phone
7. University
