How to apply
Places are limited, but any BEST member can apply for the event!
- Apply on PA using the following link
- Send a picture* or a videoclip** showing your Fairy Tale spirit (that means a FUNNY picture with a COSTUME/ENVIRONMENT connected to the topic; examples here) to the address: aj2009_application@bestorino.com
- In the subject of the e-mail, specify your name, surname and your LBG.
The application will be considered valid only if it meets the 3 requirements above.
No Picture/videoclip, No selection.
If you don’t have a PA account yet, don’t worry. Just tell the president of your LBG to write us a short mail where he/she confirms
that you are a baby member of the LBG and skip to steps 2 and 3.
*Please compress the pictures to a reasonable weight: ~100kB will just do fine
**Upload the videoclip on youtube or similar websites and just put the link in the e-mail
Group pictures are accepted, but please make clear who is who :-)
Fee:
People from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Italy will pay 45 Euros
People from Category 4 (Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine) will pay 25 Euros
People from all the other countries will pay 35 Euros
Visa:
Deadline for people who need a VISA is set on: January, 25th @23:00CET.
This is to allow an earlier selection of the aforementioned people and give them more time to get the VISA.
Consequentially, it is vital that you send us all the necessary information BEFORE the deadline to apply,
so that we can prepare the invitation letters.
The information needed is:
- Name and surname (as it's written on your passport)
- Passport and ID card number
- Date of issue and expiry of your passport
- Place and date of birth
- Address (the one you live in, so you can receive your invitation as soon as possible)
- Mobile phone
- University
