Courses

The aim of BEST courses is to offer students of technology extra skills and knowledge, missing in their academic curriculum, that will better prepare them for their future career. At the same time we encourage their mobility and intercultural communication.

There are different kind of BEST courses, and every event also has a social part where students from all over Europe get to know local students and their traditions.

  • BEST Learning events, dealing with topics in different technology fields such as management and marketing.
  • BEST Leisure courses, non-academic activities such as sailing weeks, ski-weeks, extreme sports.
  • BEST Engineering Competition, where teams of students use their technical, social and communication skills to complete specific tasks with special attention to performance, costs and time.

 

Career Support & Cooperation with companies

We want to provide European students of technology with international career and employment opportunities. For this purpose, BEST developed strong connections with well known multinational companies, developing a wide range of projects such as:

  • Minerva database, with CVs, job offers, internships
  • University Projects
  • Nexus, short polls with questions concerning employment, connection with education and future needs of our students
  • Career Advises & tips

Moreover, BEST Politecnico di Torino organizes Career days for students, Company Presentations, Case Studies and Seminars.

Our BEST Learning courses are often supported by companies and technical partners, including company visits and short lectures held by company representatives.

We offer and need

What we offer

  • We can make you present your own company and the recruiting program for istance in the "Sala Consiglio di Facoltà" in our "Politecnico di Torino" with promotion in the university of the presentation.
  • Minor presentations and meetings with more precise target in which you can be interested.
  • We can also help you to solve logistic problem related to the possibility to do a work (colloquio entretien).
  • We can promote the image of your company during an event through this site web or the one of the event and also through a presentation of the society to the partecipants of the event.

 

What we need

  • Economic subsidies
  • Kind donation of some product of your firme and that we could need for the preparation of an event, such as food, gadgets that normally distribute to the partecipants, like T-Shirts, block-notes, pens, etc. eventually with your logo
